They have over 175 employees working as Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Designers and other highly technical professionals. Due to the company's exponential success they are now expanding their Intelligence Division within the UK. They have built a world class training academy, which churns out highly experienced Data Scientists and Engineers. There is shortfall in these skillsand it is said by 2026 this will worsen, this global leader is assisting companies solve a clear issue. The role: This is a truly unique role for someone with a genuine appetite for success. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Chief of Growth, and shape the Sales Strategy for the UK, leveraging on your experience and knowledge. - be a self-starter, excellent communicator, confidently engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels - be someone who can use their own initiative and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit i.e. a real self-starter - have an extensive background in selling B2B IT solutions or have a high-level understanding of technology-based products - have the hunger to cultivate relationships to drive new business revenue and generate sales - nurture relationships with clients and develop a deeper understanding of their challenges and requirements***: - have experience in winning high value business - have proven experience of end-to-end sales cycle management - have a proven track record of successfully selling solutions - have the ability to forecast accurately - develop and maintain a strong pipeline - work with marketing team to create powerful collateral - have experience with presentations to potential clients - be confident in presenting varied pricing solutions tailored to client needs - regularly engage the CEO, CCO and the wider global sales team - uphold best practise principles and share insights of the current market - give attention to detail in all tasks undertaken - demonstrate willingness to stay abreast of latest technologies and eager to continually learn Desirables: - experience in various sales methodologies i.e. MEDDIC, Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales etc - a strong client network within the UK - previous managerial/leadership experience What you can expect: Support from your Senior Leadership team with autonomy, no hand-holding or micromanagement. You will have all the tools and resources to excel in this role and get to work with an amazing bunch of people who are building cutting-edge AI for a better world. This is a 100% remote based role with the occasional travel to London offices and travel outside of UK, on ad-hoc basis. Competitive commission, paid on all revenue generated plus benefits. This role has the potential to develop into a Head of UK Sales. (Salary upto £100k DOE, plus commission + benefits)
