Product Director

Product Director or Associate Product Director required for a well-reputed global investment organisation, who are the leaders in their field. We are looking for an exceptional Product Director candidate, with a strong history in asset or fund management disciplines, with an excellent understanding of AI and Analytics.
You'll bring a blend of strategic product expertise and analytical curiosity - able to shape the direction of data-driven and AI-enabled products from concept to adoption. The ideal Product Director candidate combines technical understanding with strong commercial awareness, guiding teams and stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes in a fast-moving, insight-led environment. You'll be hands-on, with perhaps 1 or 2 direct reports, focusing on efficiency savings via automation and innovation.
Product Director Required Skills:
- 8-10 years' minimum experience
in asset management, fund management, private equity, or other large investment management sectors (financial services, commercial real estate, etc) - Data, Analytics & AI Literacy
: Strong understanding of applied analytics, data-driven decision making, and emerging AI technologies relevant to investment or financial domains. - Product Strategy & Delivery
: Proven track record defining and executing analytics or data product strategies within a complex, multi-stakeholder business environment. - Stakeholder Leadership
: Skilled in engaging senior business and technical leaders to align priorities, influence strategy, and translate commercial needs into actionable product outcomes. - Agile Product Management
: Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and leading cross-functional teams through the full delivery life cycle using modern agile frameworks. - Commercial Insight
: Background in financial, investment, or asset-based industries with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insight in a concise, business-oriented way.
This is a unique opportunity for a Product Director, Product Lead or Associate Director to work at the forefront of digital innovation within a high-performing global investment organisation, helping shape the future of analytics and AI adoption in the sector. The position is based in London with hybrid and flexible working on offer, and an excellent benefits scheme. They offer a salary up to £150k with bonus.
