**The role and responsibilities of a HR Policy Specialist**:
The HR Policy Specialist will support in the authoring of online employee relations content for new/existing clients.
- Work with the Lead Content Author in liaising with new/existing clients to create/transform their existing HR policies into online step by step content and documentation.
- Attend ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process workshops in order to support the wider implementation team
- Help formulate, and then work to, the agreed style guides to produce the content.
- Work to agreed deadlines as part of the wider implementation process.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment law and case law to support the production and edit of default content for our channel partners.

**Skills and experience required to be a successful HR Policy Specialist**:
Essential
- HR/ER/employment law knowledge.
- Articulate, confident communicator who possess a high level of oral and written English.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage own time effectively.
- Ability to work at pace on multiple projects.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.

Desirable
- Copywriting skills.
