Overview The HR Advisor will support the Human Resources department in delivering key HR functions within an industrial/manufacturing environment. This temporary role is in Ellesmere Port and requires a professional with expertise in HR processes and policies. Description Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees within the organisation. Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinary and grievance procedures. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance. Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace practices. Provide guidance on performance management and staff development plans. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation as required. Profile A successful HR Advisor should have: Previous experience in an HR role in a manufacturing and production, FMCG or related environment. Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to an additional site in the Midlands twice a month. Job Offer Potential for the successful candidate to be made permanent.
