- ** Technical Support Specialist **to join our Support department.Key Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve incidents without technical escalation where possible
- Creating incidents and requests on behalf of our clients, understanding importance and severity.
- Inputs accurate and detailed information to all support management tools punctually to meet quality standards for service delivery.
- Conducts communication with customers and colleagues professionally and courteously throughout support request fulfilment to meet CSAT objectives
- Implement Change Requests on customer and internal systems to meet change deliverables.
- Perform patching across customer estates on time and within SLA.
- Monitor client systems and react to critical events.Committed to continual self-development and learning to maintain intermediate skills and knowledge required to deliver Sabio’s support services.
- Reviews and updates existing technical documentation to support services delivery.
- Always seeks to identify more innovative ways of working that create increase in effectiveness.
- From time to time you may be assigned any other reasonable duties and responsibilities by your manager or other such person(s) acting as your manager.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Technical troubleshooting experience or technical background.
- Experience in Linux and Windows patching
- Certified AACC Installation, CCT and Multimedia Installation or other ACIS certifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience.
