Role Overview This role will be project focussed, to sell the entire range of products which Polypipe Building Services offer into the commercial market. The product ranges include above ground drainage, water supply systems, advantage fabrication systems and all associated building services products/services. The role will cover postcodes: NN, MK, SG, LU, HP, WD, HA, N, NW, W. The successful candidate will need to live within the patch. Key Responsibilities Deliver expected conversion rates on a select number of projects following a cradle‑to‑grave approach in collaboration with the wider sales team. Liaise with all key stakeholders on new projects, documenting progress and activities on all personally assigned opportunities. Effective and forward diary planning. Manage contractor terms and agreements, including regular reviews on levels and spend to justify terms. Provide first line technical dialogue and information to the selected customer base. Liaise with clients and deal with objections. Deal with all incoming enquiries quickly and provide excellent customer service. Complete all reporting weekly on the CRM system. Identify incremental growth opportunities. Represent and support the business at various social and brand awareness events. Offer site assistance and technical training. Own the delivery and supply of projects by supporting operational departments. Skills & Requirements Excellent knowledge of the M&E marketplace. Proven track record of working on large scale commercial projects and capability to handle technical dialogue at all levels, with experience presenting to groups. Ability to quickly become a technical specialist in PBS products and services. Understanding of the project stages and decision‑making process in commercial construction.
