Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, driven and organised individual to join our busy sales team at HWM Aston Martin based in Walton on Thames, Surrey. This represents an opportunity to work at family owned dealership with a rich heritage and relationship with Aston Martin dating back many decades where no two days are the same, all during one of the most exciting times with the Aston Martin brand.
**Responsibilities**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales objectives
- Respond to and manage customer enquires from new and existing customers promptly and professionally
- Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers ensuring that customers are given a full experience on the operation of the vehicle whilist promoting HWM and our values
- Support company and brand events throughout the year
- Using various sources, prospect consistantly for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create sales opportunities. Maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure relationships are cultivated
- Maximise opportunities by offering finance and warranty solutions which will enhance the customers ownership experience whilst adhering to FCA guidelines at all times
- Treat customers fairly by consistantly seeking great customer outcomes with the highest level of integrity
- Ensure the showroom, displays, customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively to the required manufacturer standard
- Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange or purchase for stock
**Required Skills and Experience**
You will have a full UK driving licence and possess the following skills:
- To obsess about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Motivated to develop and maintain comprehensive brand product knowledge both independantly and through manufacturer online and physical training paths
- Have credible and proven success in a targeted sales environment, ideally within a premium or luxury brand
- Experience in upholding and delivering brand standards within the luxury sector whilist protecting brand reputation
- You will be a collaborative and fully supportive team player that can display high levels of customer ownership and experience delivery
- Understand the drivers of performance in the luxury automotive space and use them consistantly to optimise your success

Founded in 1938, HWM is a business with incredible heritage but also one that prides itself on having a progressive and forward-looking approach. **Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Automotive Retail sales: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)

- NewZeland Avenue Walton on Thames (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- NewZeland Avenue Walton on Thames: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
