In this varied role within our Corporate & Commercial Banking Securities department, you’ll be working with our Releases & Variations and Administration teams and providing invaluable administrative support to their collateral servicing activities. You’ll be supporting our relationship team colleagues and customers by carrying out document-based tasks relating to security releases and in-life variations to help finalise their transactions. You’ll also be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing security and finance documentation requests within the department (linking panel solicitors, relationship teams and the Bank’s Deed Store and offsite storage facilities).

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Carrying out all administrative servicing tasks within the remit of the Securities Releases & Variation and Administration teams, exhibiting a methodical approach and high attention to detail.
- Demonstrating a customer-first approach, always providing a short and certain customer journey.
- Identifying and reporting any concerns or potential improvements relating to process or customer experience.
- Helping to give Securities the best possible workflow system by supporting all stakeholders to achieve and maintain familiarity with nCino’s collateral database and workflows.
**What you’ll bring.**
- Experience of work of an administrative nature, e.g. reviewing/handling documentation, data review and entry, etc.
- Excellent organisational and written & oral communication skills.
**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience of working in financial services, preferably in a commercial lending/securities operations area.
- Some knowledge of commercial lending/security documentation, processes, controls, policies, procedures and/or terminology.
- A real desire to work as part of a wider team and support colleagues and customers.
- Familiarity with Excel and data review/analysis and working in a digital environment.
**What else you need to know.**
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract role, primarily office-based working from our Bootle (Alaska House) office, with some opportunity to work remotely.
