- 27th June - 6th July = 8 Days
- 8th August - 12th August = 5 Days
- 9th September - 19th September = 7 Days
- Greeting all visitors in a friendly, polite and professional manner, directing them to their point of contact.
- Ensuring the reception area is kept in good order at all times.
- Ensuring visitor procedure are followed for all visitors arriving on site and answering any questions in relation to the content outlined in the procedure.
- Answering all incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages for unanswered calls and distributing promptly.
- Assisting staff and visitors with office related queries.
- Working closely with management to complete any admin tasks required.
