We currently have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our CAMHS team based in Burton.

The post holder will be required to utilise a personal computer for word processing and database management.

As a person, you will need to be self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your daily workload whilst also managing your working time effectively. You will be able work independently as well as being a good team player, with excellent communication and accuracy skills.

- To provide general administrative services to support the smooth running of clinical services including:
1.1. Typing letters and reports
1.3. Preparing letters for external posting (letters in envelopes, franking)
1.5. Uploading paper documents onto the RiO clinical system.
1.6. To prepare paperwork/information for health promotion events including campaigns and service
promotion within a variety of mediums, particularly utilising virtual platforms such as websites and
social media
1.7. Making bookings and cancellations e.g. training places, rooms and interpreters.
1.8. Receive, sort and distribute internal and external mail.
1.9. Monitoring of an individual or team inbox and sign post accordingly
1.10. To deal professionally and promptly with telephone enquiries, taking and processing messages
accurately and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
1.11. Dealing with patient/public enquires about services - liaising with professionals where required
and escalate as appropriate.
1.12. Providing cover for other administrative colleagues during staff absence
