Showroom/sampling Coordinator

My client is a luxury fashion brand based in Central London. They have a brand new opportunity for a Showroom/Sampling Coordinator to join their team. Duties will include:

- Coordinating the send outs of samples for Press and VIPs Internationally
- Coordination of the different collections and manage them through Fashion GPS
- Maintaining and organize the PR showroom
- Fulfilling and follow up all sample requests until their return to the showroom
- Excellent communication skills with stylists, press, influencers and VIPs
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Contact with messengers and courier services

The role will be based full time at the Central London showroom, and you will ideally have at least a year's experience within fashion PR and sampling.
