**Who will I support?**

Working with people with Learning Disabilities involves appreciating their own personal journeys. Each day is an opportunity to engage in activities, whether it’s enjoying a walk in the park, visiting a favourite café, or pursuing personal interests. Your role is to inspire, support and promote independence while building a connection with them. You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends.
