We are looking for someone to our join our amazing team supporting 5 people with mental health needs who live in Connel, Oban. They all who all enjoy getting out and about in their community to join in local events, love shopping, cycling, running and going out for day trips.You will be working in their homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. You should be available to work 24-hour shifts across the week including sleep-in shifts and alternate weekends.So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.
**Ability to commute/relocate: PA37- You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)**

Supporting individuals is incredibly meaningful, and it goes beyond just outings and activities. We also assist people in managing their medications, making healthy lifestyle choices, and maintaining their homes to ensure they feel safe and well.
