We are looking for someone to our join our amazing team supporting 3 people with mental health needs who live in Oban. They all who all enjoy getting out and about in their community to join in local events, love shopping, cinema and more..

You will be working in their homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. You should be available to work 24-hour shifts across the week including sleep-in shifts and alternate weekends.

So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.

**What will you do?**

Supporting people is really important but it’s not all shopping trips and cafes. We also support people to take their medication, make healthy lifestyle choices or maintain their home in a way they are safe and well.
