Venture-People provide bespoke support packages to individuals living with and recovery from, mental ill health in Sussex. We work with a person-centered and recovery approach; empowering individuals to become as independent as possible.

The role of Project Worker is based at our supported living services within Portslade. We offer accommodation, with and enhanced level of support, to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and who may experience emotional intensity or be recovering from trauma.
