**Project Administrator**

**Location**: Fareham PO15 7FT

**Salary**: £24,000 - £32,000 per annum

We are at the forefront of the wet leisure industry, providing the best quality and service available.We are expanding the Contracting Department and now require an additional administrator to join our team working in our Fareham office alongside the Project Managers.

As Project Administrator your role will be predominately office based supporting the Project Management Teams:
**Duties of the Project Administrator**:

- Update and maintain in-house management system ensuring information is accessible.
- Create and maintain project documentation and reports using in-house management systems.
- Maintain CSCS and H&S records and liaise with Office Manager to organise training when required to ensure that all staff on site have the correct qualifications
- Preparing sample submittals for upload to multiple software systems
- Preparing technical submittals for upload to multiple software systems
- Assisting the design team with uploading drawings to multiple software system and registering comments from clients once received
- Attending handover meetings to ensure all information and paperwork is completed
- Answering phone calls and being the face and voice off the office
- Support senior management with presentations, binding and spreadsheets as required
- Provide daily support to Project Managers and Design Managers
- Any other general administration required to support the team.

**Requirements of the Project Administrator**:

- Must be experienced administrator
- Excellent client and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
