**Job Summary**

In this role you will be working as part of a team of four looking after a number of Transactional clients. As a team you will support the Client Account Manager to ensure all BAU and contractual obligations are met and exceeded where possible.

You will need to ensure client requirements are communicated to all internal departments and delivered on schedule and accurately.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To manage day-to-day queries from clients and internal departments
- Ensure all daily tasks are carried out efficiently
- Own data receipt, reconciliation and production schedules for allocated clients
- To monitor production status and report on SLA/Despatch status
- Update and own all stock for allocated clients and generate client facing reports where required
- The raising and management of quotes and charges in line with client contracts
- Being responsible for and dealing with queries raised via out internal incident logging system
- To Assist in Invoice Reconciliation
- Update KPIs & MI reports for allocated Clients on a daily/weekly & monthly basis.
- Manage small/medium changes working closely the client and multiple internal departments, ensuring client requirements are met and associated costs are captured accurately.
- Support the wider Client Services Team where required
- Attend Video Production Meetings representing allocated clients twice daily.
- Good Microsoft Excel Skills is an advantage

Your working day may require a small amount of flexibility to your normal working hours.

The role will be a mix of working from home and the office on a rota basis. You will be provided with the necessary equipment to allow you to do this.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
