This role is part of our Accelerate program which includes the opportunity to gain professional qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute up to ACII level and a Degree in Insurance over a 4 year period.

**Role purpose**
To enhance our ‘client partner’ ability to endure so that they can stay in the game and realise their ambitions - by arranging high quality insurance protection.
Providing a professional, expert and effective service to existing clients and for enquiries from new clients
Promoting meaningful products and services to our target markets
**Key accountabilities**
- Manage enquiries relating to policies for existing clients (including renewal and adjustments) and potential clients.
- Manage the placement of new risks and the renewal of existing business liaising with insurers and partners to - meeting clients’ needs and presenting the most suitable and cost-effective cover options.
- Provide claims support so partners can endure. Follow up with insurers and loss adjusters to progress outstanding matters and facilitate speedy resolution.
- Run and contribute to marketing campaigns for target markets, including preparing e
- shots and giving input to other marketing communications.
- Contribute to the establishment of and adopt our office procedures to ensure we are effective in delivering a great partner experience and compliance requirements are met.
- Develop knowledge/skills with a commitment to continuous learning and team sharing.

**Role Profile - Account Executive**
**Qualifications and experience**
Maths / English GCSE (equivalent to grade 4/C or above).
Further Education at A Level or equivalent or other development experience post education.
2 years in the insurance sector (preferably with a commercial insurance leaning).
Commitment to completing our Accelerate program.
Commitment to obtaining CII qualifications.
