**New Business Administrator** **Kingswood** **£22k Basic, £24K OTE** Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am-6.00pm & 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-4pm (with lieu day in the week) Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award winning and experienced lettings team based out of our Kingswood Office (covering most of East Bristol). Are you the right person to join our successful team? Principle Accountabilities: - Be the face of the branch greeting and assisting all customers - First line for all in-bound telephone enquiries to the lettings department - Ensuring presentation of the office window displays are relevant, smart, and rotated often - Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords having built a thorough understanding of their requirements - Assist with measuring and drawing property floor-plans - Advising prospective tenants, understanding their requirements & sourcing the best properties to match - Social Media lead, ensuring relevant content is uploaded regularly to the office’s social media platforms - Assisting the Valuers with admin duties including editing photographs, drawing floor plans, writing valuation letters and more - Demonstrating consistent delivery of our high levels of customer service - Able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success - A dynamic, fun individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects - An "A player" who isn't afraid of hard work - Someone who can build relationships with our clients whilst also exploring new opportunities - A key member of our team who believes in our purpose, values and culture We are offering: - Basic Salary of £22k with a realistic OTE of £24k (Uncapped Pooled Commission) - 25 Days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (Increasing further upon completion of 3 & 6 years’ service) - Vibrant company culture including paid-for social events - Plenty of first-class training and development resources - Funding of ARLA exams & qualifications - The opportunity to learn from a lively, highly skilled team to help develop your career **Salary**: £22,000.00 per year Schedule: - 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay Work Location: One location Reference ID: New Business Administrator
