**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team for weekend and evening shifts. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling options to accommodate your personal life while providing opportunities for career growth and development. As a Care Assistant at Beaumont, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including grooming, dressing, bathing, and toileting.
- Administer medication and assist with medication management as needed.
- Assist clients with running errands, such as shopping and picking up prescriptions.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and changing bed linens.
- Prepare and serve meals according to clients' preferences and dietary needs.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Valid UK driving license and own reliable transportation.

**Salary**: £12.00-£24.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- UK or Intl Driving Licence and access to a car (preferred)
