The Beach House a newly launched coastal retreat nested on the stunning East Esplanade Promenade, Whitley Bay.

From post dip brunches to sundowner suppers and everything in between, customers always receive a warm welcome from staff.

Over two floors and an outside terrace, the atmosphere is lively, busy and fun.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephone and online reservations
- Accepting and informing chefs about food and beverage requests
- Operating cash registers and manage payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store

Necessary requirements:

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Professional and friendly

Knowledge of wine is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.52 per hour
