_**LSPR is looking to hire an organised Oprations and Programmes Officer to be in charge of course bookings and coordinating the professional development programmess. A self-motivated, organised person, with excellent verbal and written communications skills are the essential skills we are looking for. T**_**he role is varied and interesting and you are required to have the communication skills to quickly build a rapport with our clients and deliver the overall administration and planning of the professional development courses.**

**Job description**
**The position of Operations and Programmes Officer**:
We are looking for a self-motivated person to join us and manage the smooth running of our CPD accredited training programmes, client relationship development, and the planning and organising of the training events.
Experience in working within training and learning, as well as an interest in the PR industry, would be useful.
**The role**:
- Managing and administrating the industry-focused CPD accredited programmes, workshops and events
- Planning the events: setting the schedules, managing the calendars, arranging the bookings for scheduled and tailored programmes and booking the expert trainers
- Managing the running of the events both in-person and online
- Handling the client's enquiries, bookings and providing an excellent customer experience and managing their professional development
- Following up with client enquiries and sales leads
- Invoicing and coordinating payments with payables
- Issuing certificates
- Assisting in preparing proposals for potential clients (working with the Director of Training)
- Managing the databases, scheduling new dates, and managing the CRM systems
- Coordinating and overseeing the running of the in-person and online courses
- Managing the websites and ensuring events are communicated clearly
- Communications by helping in the creating content for monthly newsletters and blogs
- Coordinating the promotions of events with the marketing team
**Skills we are looking for**:
- Experience in running and managing training events
- Technical, IT and digital know-how
- Experience in bookings and handling enquiries
- Administrative experience - using Office suite
- CRM and database experience
- Marketing and social media experience

**Lovely offices and some hybrid working**:
Our offices are on Kensington Church Street and a few minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate tube station. We work some days from home and others in the office. You will be required to be in the office and the training centre or at the cient's offices when we have onsite workshops and consultancies for our clients.
