**Job Description**:
**A bit about the role and the team..**

The role of CPQ Communication & Engagement Specialist is a highly commercial and influential position within the Quote to Contract team as it enters into a phase of accelerated growth and commercial sophistication.

**What you'll be doing..**
- Lead our communication and engagement agenda to drive & maximise CPQ adoption, usage and better governance
- Own and create all written communications - deliver a compelling content agenda that helps employees engage with CPQ
- Building Communication channels & collaborating within Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Delivery, Product, and other Business Units
- Creativity and ability to come up with new and innovative ways to communicate to our internal stakeholders - deliver against the CPQ roadmap
- Adapting existing processes to establish, or introducing new processes to ensure the smooth operation - ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
- Effective communication of change of processes and updating documentation
- Proactively support, manage and prioritise the CPQ demand pipeline
- Identify improvement opportunities in the pricing tools and processes
- Manage & deliver change through the CPQ delegated admin tool (incl. price book updates)
- Be a Subject Matter Expert for UK process and form part of steering group for transformation projects, including requirements gathering on behalf of the CRM team
- Support weekly review call to prioritise cases raised by Sales to the CRM support teams
- Attend Monthly Global CRM call for product reviews/enhancements
- Raise & manage Ad hoc cases for CPQ system enhancements
- Support UAT testing for system enhancements
- Actively help in identifying improvements within CPQ and participate in User Acceptance Testing and signoff of improvements as they are released by development

**Qualifications**:
**What we're looking for..**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and ability to come up with new and innovative ways to communicate to our internal stakeholders
- Experience of planning and delivering communications projects using a range of channels
- Excellent relationship & stakeholder management skills with a consultancy approach
- Prior Pricing, Sales Support, Sales Operations or Revenue Management experience preferred
- Experience with CRM (ex: Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) and CPQ systems (Ex: Salesforce, Callidus Cloud, Oracle) highly preferred
