**My client is looking for a professional Business partner to work with Regional Directors and their Operational teams in leading and managing the developmentand delivery of people plans aligned to the overall HR & People Strategy.**

**Key Responsibilities**

Leading and developing a targeted People plan in partnership with the relevant business lead, to meet the current and future workforce needs
- Implementing the agreed Business and HR strategy creating targeted and meaningful People Plans
- Providing professional and proactive HR support and guidance to Leaders and Managers to enable effective and informed decision making
- Effectively manage Employee Relations issues in a timely fashion
- Proactively benchmarking HR best practice, internally and externally, identifying, and recommending improvements to the HR leadership team
- Monitoring, measuring and tracking HR performance
- Implementing programmes designed to improve attraction (in conjunction with Resourcing Team), retention, attendance, capability and performance management
- Educating the business on how to access HR services through 'self-serve’ channels, to create a culture of management accountability for people management practices
- Contributing to HR reporting at an Executive and Functional SLT level, providing insight and feedback on latest trends and challenges in the business areas

You will have the following experience
- Extensive experience of managing employee relations cases within a fast-paced, customer centric, unionised and regulated environment
- Experience in translating business plans into meaningful business areas/functional plans
- Excellent working knowledge of compliance, confidentiality, data protection and security standards and expectations
- Experience in change management ; TUPE and organisational development

This is a regional position and will require travel to various sites across the Buckinghamshire, Surrey, and Berkshire.
