We're looking for an experienced finance professional to join a dynamic organisation on a 6-month contract, providing strategic financial insight and driving performance across the group.The RoleAs Group Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful financial information and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You'll lead budgeting and forecasting across multiple sites, support capital expenditure planning, and help shape key business decisions through meaningful financial analysis.This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your insight will directly influence strategy, efficiency, and investment decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units.Deliver timely, insightful financial reporting to guide strategic and operational decisions.Support CapEx planning and monitoring, ensuring investments align with business priorities.Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, providing clear recommendations for improvement.Partner with senior leaders and cost centre managers to drive financial accountability and efficiency.Identify opportunities to enhance cost control and operational effectiveness across the organisation.About YouFully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role within a multi-site or complex business environment.Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills.Experience supporting or managing capital expenditure projects.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.Commercially astute, proactive, and passionate about driving continuous improvement.What's on Offer6-month contract with a competitive salary up to 拢70,000 (pro rata).Hybrid working - 2/3 days per week in the office.A chance to make a tangible impact in a strategic, business-critical role.馃摡 Interested?If you're an experienced Finance Business Partner ready to add value in a fast-moving, multi-site environment, we'd love to hear from you.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
