**Insolvency Partner, Buckinghamshire**

A multi-award winning regional firm are looking for a proactive insolvency Partner to join their successful corporate team in Buckinghamshire.

**The Insolvency Partner's Role**

The successful Insolvency Partner will take a leading role in the dispute resolution team on a range of insolvency matters at all stages of the insolvency process, these will include negotiating voluntary arrangements, administration and exit strategies.

The Insolvency partner work with a diverse and exciting client base as well as have a key interest in bringing new clients to the business either through their existing client base or through business development.

**The Insolvency Lawyer**:

- Qualified lawyer (E&W or Common Law jurisdiction)
- Proven track record in insolvency
- A client following is desirable
- Strong academics
- Long-term team vision
- Experience of delegating and supervising juniors
- Commercially aware
