**The role**
Nigel Wright are excited to be supporting this rapidly growing and dynamic business in Newcastle on their search for a Head of Brand. With culture at the heart of what they do, this is an exciting time to join them on their journey as part of their leadershipteam. Within the role of Head of Brand you will lead external brand strategy, create engaging campaigns, help win new business as well as play a big part on employer branding.
You will be joining a business which values their employees and wants to bring them along on their growth plan as they look to treble in size over the next 3 years.
**What you will be doing**:

- Identify relevant marketing metrics to measure success of campaigns
- Understand and verify client perceptions vs brand vision
- Manage the brand marketing budget
- Create and maintain a clear brand vision
- Provide inspiration and direction for the brand team
- Engage with relevant platforms in creative, engaging and effective ways
- Build, lead and develop an effective team

**What you'll need to demonstrate**:

- Ability to manage integrated campaigns and projects. This includes digital and social strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn. Strategy could include paid and organic social, digital advertising, PR, sponsorships and events. There may also be a need for contentmanagement for web
- That you are able to plan for the short, medium and long term future of the brand and team
- That you have developed and implemented brand strategy with senior leaders in similar scaling organisation
- Experience in marketing a brand to future employees would be a bonus, as well as exposure to the tech industry but these are advantageous and not a must have
