Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking someone organised and hard-working to join our fantastic Repairs & Maintenance team as a Repairs & Neighbourhood Coordinating Officer. You’ll be an experienced administrator/coordinator and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have a keen eye for detail, be very organised and be good at working with data.
Administrative experience and proficiency using Microsoft packages is essential. Housing/Public sector and Repairs & Maintenance (especially voids and Estate Services) experience is desirable but not essential. Most importantly, you will have a great attitude and can demonstrate that you care about our residents and their well-being.
Duties will include raising and scheduling works orders, coordinating estate inspections, liaising with Estate pride team, inputting hours and other data.
This is a hybrid role working in the office 2 or 3 days a week and working from home 2 or 3 days a week.
