Professional Office Manager required to lead a busy Sales Office team.

We are a major UK Tile distributor & we sell pallets & direct trailers/Full containers of wall & floor tiles to UK Tile shops & distributors.

We are looking for a Sales office manager to offer telephone sales assistance to customers who place orders sales office sales portal, and sales office telephone support to our sales force & their customer enquiries.

You will be required to lead the team who are the first point of call for all telephone calls that come in via the online portals & answering any questions that the customer may have. You will be trained in the products so that you can have an understandingof our items. But there will we other people on hand for any other product related questions.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right applicant who would like to progress their career, responsibilities will include adding the orders onto our Sage system, and checking stock levels to make sure the items are shipped out.

Making claims from hauliers investigation of stock discrepancies & general all round commercial activities from an office based perspective.

You will process all shipping requests with the different carriers we have & be involved in negotiating rates.

You will also get involved in the general administration of the company processes.

You will be working alongside our IT, Web and Marketing Manager and the rest of the IT & sales office support department, it very much is a general all round sale support & office administration role & further exciting opportunity will come as you developthe dept with the rest of the team.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate all round capabilities to manage all general dept tasks as described herein & to have an attitude of mind that wants to create & succeed in the development & success of all tasks & responsibilities. You must have aflexible attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company

You will be trained on all aspects of our systems, processes and our products.
