Blenheim sales & lettings is a young but ever growing small business within the property market industry, our recent increase in business has resulted in the requirement for a part-time office staff to be located within our offices at Peterborough

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Client and supplier database management.
- Processing of sales quotes, orders and invoices.
- Processing of worksheets and photo files.
- Stock management.
- Scheduling of service & installation jobs for engineers.
- Confirming diary appointments for engineers.
- Liaising with sub-contractors and confirming appointments.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- No previous experience within the industry required. Full training on all business activities & products will be provided.
- Must have basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good customer service skills and telephone manor.
- Working hours & days can be flexible, to be confirmed.

Salary £ - Negotiable
