**What will you be doing as an HR Administrator**:
Working in a busy office environment, you will assist the HR Manager with HR and recruitment support to the business. Duties will include:
Assisting with the day to day operations of the HR and recruitment function

HR administrative tasks including onboarding and leaver processes, training plans and general HR reports

Assisting with the full end to end recruitment process including offer letters, contracts, onboarding and induction

Supporting internal inquiries, external inquiries and requests relating to the HR department

Maintaining and updating employee records

Assisting with the leaver process including exit interviews and ensuring leavers forms are completed

Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:
Previous experience in a similar HR Administration or Recruitment admin role would be beneficial

A good Administrator who is interested to work in HR Administration would also be considered

Comfortable with general Word, Excel, and Outlook

Highly organised and can work in a fast paced and challenging environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confidential with the ability to deal with people at all levels

A salary of £22,000 - £25,000, depending on experience
