Taziker is a leading multi-disciplinary engineering contractor specialising in undertaking key maintenance, refurbishment and replacement works to critical UK infrastructure. Employing more than 500 people, we operate from ten regional locations supported by a Support Services office in Lancashire.
**Human Resources Administrator (HR Administrator)**
**Chorley**
We are looking for a HR Administrator to work with ourselves in Chorley. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in Administration and HR who is looking for somewhere who will support their growth, qualifications and career in this area.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Creating, collating, updating and utilising spreadsheets to analyse and trend data (KPIs)
- Ensuring that all probationary review meetings are tracked and completed on time issuing any relevant paperwork as and when required
- Maintaining a record of all Personal Development Review paperwork annually including the tracking of all requested training from PDR reviews
- Arranging internal and External meetings using outlook calendars
- Contributing to the positive image of the company and portraying our core values
- Working to stringent deadlines whilst managing a high volume, challenging and varied workload, using own initiative and excellent time management skills.
- Preparing Employee Services documents and reports.
- Maintaining TAZIcare members list.
- Process leaver forms, issue and monitor Exit Surveys
- Supporting the ES Advisor and Head of Employee Services
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people across all levels of the business.
- Ability to provide your own fresh ideas as to how things could be improved.
- Is literate with good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Fully understand the need for confidentiality
- Help manage the Employee Services inbox
- Drafting offer letter and contract variations
**Knowledge**
We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail and who has experience or knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
We are looking for someone who has great communication skills and can converse with groups and individuals confidently.
