**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Carrying out all hands-on soft landscaping tasks, including turfing, soil work, planting, mulching, pruning, hedging, tree work, site tidying, and cleaning
- Ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards on commercial sites across the North West
- Looking for ways to improve operational methods and maintain industry-leading standards
- Following ISO9001 & ISO14001 policies and ensuring safe and efficient work practices
- Supporting your team to deliver outstanding results every day

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in soft landscaping or a similar role
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to top-quality work
- A valid CSCS Card or evidence that it is being obtained
- A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
