**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carry out all hands-on soft landscaping tasks as required to ensure completion of projects, including: Turfing, Soil Work, Planting and Mulching, Pruning, Hedging and Tree Work, Fencing, Timberwork, Maintenance and Finishing & Site Tidying, and Cleaning
- Supervise and motivate staff to ensure best performance, quality, and rate of work
- Organise and plan order of work and allocate tasks per job
- Keep operations running, monitor quality and efficiency, and ensure work meets timescale
- Resolve any operational issues to ensure smooth running of projects
- Continually seek ways to improve operational standards and methods
- Carry out any other duties in line with the role as required in the best interests of the company
- Ensure working practices are in-line with the companies ISO9001 & ISO14001 policies and has appropriate awareness.

**Essential Qualifications/Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years-experience within a similar role
- CSCS card
- Full Driving Licence

**Desired Qualifications/Experience**
- NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture
- SSSTS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.75 per hour
