Regional Management Accountant

Kenton Black Finance have partnered with a UK based charity and care provider who have operated in the sector for many years. With a number of industry awards, and a business who continue to grow through a continued reputation for quality and demand acrossthe UK, they are adding talent to the Finance function. Head office are based in Liverpool with further sites across the north. A role to work across 2 of these north west offices, this role will support the senior management where a clear development plan,and future progression is offered in this varied position where you can add value across the business.
Your new role as Management Accountant:
As Management Accountant you shall work closely with the Finance leads to develop and enhance the financial reporting available to stakeholders across the business. Taking the lead on the production of detailed and timely monthly management accounts, you shallalso produce detailed analysis, adding value to the decision making process. You shall also seek to add value across finance, reviewing controls and managing ad hoc projects across multi sites.
Main Role Duties:

- Production of detailed monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet preparation, reconciliation and analysis
- Maintenance of the fixed asset register
- Maintain and develop costing models
- Cash flow reporting
- Support to FBP in the production of budgets, forecasting and business modelling
- Process and procedural review, maintaining a focus on continuous development in this area
- Ad hoc accounting tasks
Experience & Qualifications Required to apply:
To be considered you shall be full or part CIMA /ACCA/ ACA qualified with strong technical skills and a proven track record of adding value in a management accounting position. With 2 years of experience gained within a fast paced environment you shall be ableto demonstrate strong Excel skills being competent in the use of VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables. With excellent attention to detail, a proven ability to work under pressure and with experience of Sage accounting you shall be proficient at developing strong workingrelationships across an organisation. This role is based over 2 sites so access to your own transport is essential.
