We are an educational toy manufacturer with a strong emphasis on nature.
A permanent opportunity has arisen to work in our small, friendly office team.
Hourly Rate £11/hr (Equates to Salary £22,880) plus possible overtime. Overtime in excess of 40hrs/week paid at time and a half
**Responsibilities**:
The role is split into two main areas of responsibility - Sales Administration for our Trade Customers and Customer Service for retail customers.
**Customer Service for Retail customers**:
- Monitoring Social Media comments and responding, if required
- Taking orders and answering customer queries over the phone
- Coordinating dispatches of our special event product and communication with these customers.
**Sales Administration for Trade Customers**:
- Administration of Trade accounts including processing orders
- First point of contact for day to day Trade sale queries, providing excellent customer service to our trade customers answering queries quickly and efficiently
- Maintaining existing B2B accounts
- Helping to organise exhibitions and attending approximately x4 exhibitions per year where you will be acting as the face of the company. Transport, accommodation and meals are provided any time you are required to work away from the office and an experienced team member will be working away with you.
- Providing very clear communication to our EU distributors regarding their weekly product requirements and keeping up to date accurate records
**Skills Required**:
- Organisation and ability to prioritise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Ability to work well as part of a small team
Any relevant experience would be an advantage but is not a requirement as training will be provided.
