We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Forklift/Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a Forklift/Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for performing various warehouse tasks, including operating a forklift, receiving and storing incoming goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, good physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse.
- Receive incoming goods, inspecting them for quality and accuracy, and properly store them in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring aisles and storage areas are free from obstructions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
- Support other warehouse activities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a forklift operator/warehouse operative is required.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license is required.
- Proficiency in operating different types of forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as required.
