We are looking for someone with the ability to lead a team involved in the development of data systems in addition to Lab management. You possess a deep understanding of relevant scientific principles, processes, and related technologies, remarkable analytical skills, and an unwavering commitment to meticulous reporting. These attributes will consistently contribute to effective management and operations of WI Facilities - Tritium Analytics Laboratory’s. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that staff safety, health and welfare are maintained and adhered to in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Effective and timely management of staff and resource. - Ensure suitably qualified and experienced staff are in place to meet both current and future organisational needs as per UKAEA standards, ensuring management systems and relevant regulations are appropriate and adhered to. - Provide support to and/or deliver projects by providing technical leadership and are able to effectively support the research and development of tritium science and technology. - Maintain accurate records of experimental data, analysis, and findings, while preparing and delivering concise and clear technical reports, presentations, and publications that effectively communicate research results and their implications. **Qualifications**: **Essential Requirements**: Experience of working on projects as a technical lead. Experience line managing and coaching technical individuals. Experience in building and leading technical teams. Experience of working within Tritium Analytics Lab and/or developing data systems Additional Information **Additional Information**: All employees at the UK Atomic Energy Authority must complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and other appropriate security checks, including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.
