**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Customer Planning Team and support all commercial and operational aspects of the Customer Planning Department e.g. dispatching of Engineers, planning of installations, maintenance services in all service area, boiler inspections services, resource planning
- Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
- Work closely with key Customers and ensure an added value service
**Experience Required**
- Experience of working in a Planning or Scheduler role
- Good People management skills
- Proactive and self - motivated character
- Good organisational and problem solving skills
- Have initiative, motivation and be customer focused
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP and Access would be an advantage
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
