**Title: Logistics/ Fulfilment Administrator / Transport Coordinator** We are urgently looking for a **TRANSPORT, LOGISTICS AND FULFILMENT CO-ORDINATOR **to work for a telecoms distribution centre in **MARCHWOOD, SO40.** The role of Transport and Logistics Coordinator is to ensure all stores and equipment are safely stored, ensuring all records of Transactions are held correctly, and that the maintenance and record of company vehicles are kept up to date. **Main Responsibilities**: - To support with the management of provision, maintenance, and operation of vehicles for the company’s fleet. Stores and Consumables - To ensure all stores and consumables are recorded on database and are safely stored until issue. - To deliver/provide stores/equipment to members of staff. - To manage all appropriate line of business regarding stores demands. - To ensure that the stores and yard location are clean, tidy and organised to ensure efficiency in productivity and Health and Safety. - To help and engage with all members of staff that use the facilities. - Ordering or stock of materials and consumables. - Stock counts and management of equipment. - To record all issues on database, and to ensure that items are replenished as per Stores Process. - Assisting in the yard where required. **Knowledge, Experience and Skills**: - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn various systems. - High attention to detail. - Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at time competing priorities. - Demonstrate communication skills necessary to liaise effectively with internal and external clients. - Previous inventory and stock management experience. - Happy to "muck in" with the team in the yard where required - may involve some grubby work outside The above is not an exhaustive list.
