Are you an experienced and passionate leader in children’s or supported accommodation services? Do you believe every young person deserves a safe, nurturing space to grow into adulthood with confidence and independence? If so, this is your chance to play a key role in building something truly meaningful.

**About Us**:
We’re a progressive and people-focused organisation, dedicated to supporting young people aged 16-18 as they transition from care into independent living. Our homes are more than just accommodation—they are safe havens where young people are empowered to develop life skills, build resilience, and achieve their potential.

As we prepare to register with Ofsted, we're looking for a values-driven, experienced Nominated Individual to help lead us through this exciting next chapter.

**About the Role**:
In this strategic leadership role, you'll be the vital link between our organisation and Ofsted. You’ll guide our service through its registration process and provide ongoing oversight to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and exceptional outcomes for the young people we support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Ofsted registration process for our semi-independent 16+ provision
- Provide governance, quality assurance, and regulatory oversight
- Support the Registered Manager to meet SCCIF and Quality Standards
- Represent the organisation in dealings with Ofsted, local authorities, and professionals
- Ensure robust safeguarding practices and promote a culture of excellence
- Contribute to audits, development plans, and staff learning initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Senior leadership experience in residential childcare, supported living, or leaving care services
- Deep knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the SCCIF framework
- A strong track record of improving services for vulnerable young people
- Confident, collaborative, and inspiring leadership style
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or currently studying)
- Able to meet Ofsted’s “fit person” criteria for a Nominated Individual

**Why Join Us?**
- Be part of a growing, values-led organisation that puts young people first
- Make a genuine difference in the lives of care leavers
- Shape the development of a high-quality service from the ground up
- Receive full support in your role as Nominated Individual
- Enjoy a competitive salary and clear progression opportunities

**Take the Next Step in Your Career and Help Us Build a Brighter Future**
If you're ready to make a lasting impact and lead with heart, vision, and purpose - we’d love to hear from you.
