The Barbackr will be responsible for keeping the bar fully stocked, prepped and assisting the bartenders to ensure the bar is running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Attention to detail which allows for a clean and organized bar, thus making it more appealing to guests-- while also maintaining inventory levels
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Be proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need additional beverages or assistance
- Ensuring that the bar is stock and prepped as needed for business demand
- Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele

- Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant
