Your Requirements:
The Barback’s primary responsibilities are ensuring that tables are set to standards, maintain adequate supplies of items needed for service, serve ice, water, and coffee, and clear tables while maintaining a friendly demeanour at all times.

As a Barback we would love you to have:

- Experience working as a Barback in a fast-paced environment will be tested at trial/interview stage
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
- Willingness to grow alongside our ever-evolving company
- Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
- Ability to Activate everything that you do with passion.

Duck & Waffle offers a playful take on traditional British cuisine with broad European influences emphasizing local, rustic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. Dishes are designed for sampling and sharing and are complemented by an iconoclastic cocktail experience served in a vibrant atmosphere that welcomes guests 24/7.Breakfast, brunch, late night, desserts: “all day” dining is redefined at Duck & Waffle. We serve from sunrise to sunset to sunrise again - and every hour in between.
