**The Restaurant**:
Located in Mayfair, Gymkhana is inspired by the bars, social, sports and members’ clubs of the British Raj in India and serves contemporary Indian cuisine using seasonal British ingredients with a strong focus on the tandoori oven. **The Position**:
As Barback you'll have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. There are great opportunities for growth and career development for the successful Barback.
