**Job Title: Ward Administrator - 37.5 hrs per week**

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Attend meetings and take minutes as directed by the ward manager.
- Be able to work effectively to deadlines producing work of a high-quality standard.
- To provide E-roster administration support and monitoring to the Ward Manager and clinical team.
- To ensure that patient medical record systems are available and monitor that they are correctly maintained. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring correct RiO demographics, validation systems and spine synchronisation, up-loading and maintaining correct documentation.
- To provide NHSP administrative support and monitoring for the Trust, Ward Manager and clinical teams.
- To manage/respond to/share telephone enquiries as required on behalf of the Ward Manager.
