**Team/Function Overview** The Global ICG Data Privacy team ensures that the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) is in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with all internal policy requirements. The team acts as the 1st Line of Defense (LoD) for all privacy matterseffecting the ICG business, liaising between the ICG businesses, Global Privacy Office, Legal (Product & Global Privacy), and Global ICRM as well as other critical business partners. **Role / Position Overview** This new role is part of the ICG Risk and Control team, specially sitting in the Global ICG Data Privacy organization, and will lead and coordinate the electronic communication program across the ICG LoB's working closely with the ICRM Electronic Communicationsteam. The role of Electronic Communications Officer will evolve as the Enterprise Compliance Program for Electronic Communications matures. The incumbent will be expected to assist in the development and evolution of the program representing the ICG business. **Key Responsibilities**: **Include but are not limited to**: - Partnering with our ICRM Electronic Communication partners and across the ICG Risk and Control team and in-business ICG Risk and Control teams to support and ensure compliance with the Electronic Communication Policy and any related Standards and Procedures. - Coordinate the electronic communication strategies across the ICG LOBs and facilitate communication. - Attend the monthly Forum of EComm Officers run by the ICRM EComm Group - Establish and lead a business governance framework around this activity - Help disseminate the annual communication survey, consolidate responses, and coordinate follow up actions such as facilitating a policy exception request, or where results indicate non-compliance, ensuring a credible remediation plan is in place. - Support and assist with the identification and reporting of any Electronic Communication Policy breaches **Development Value**: **Knowledge/Experience**: Strong experience with risks and controls. Familiarity with various means of electronic communications in a business and personal setting and/or technology savvy.
