Citi enables clients to achieve their strategic financial objectives by providing them with cutting-edgeideas, best-in-class products and solutions, and unparalleled access to capital and liquidity. **Overview**: This new role is part of ICG Risk and Control team supporting the ICG Risk & Control Operational Risk Transformation Head in strengthening the focus on the Operational Risk Management processes across ICG. The role integrates knowledge of operational risk practices and a solid understanding of industry standards and requirements together with change and program management expertise at scale. The incumbent will support the framework of in-business operationalrisk processes for the ICG and its component businesses, including working with business leads to assess existing practices relative to best practices and recommend and oversee the delivery of improvements accordingly. **Responsibilities**: - Support the ICG Operational Risk transformation program in developing and implementing best in class control frameworks over ICGs operational processes - Working within the ICG Transformation team, work with colleagues from across Citi to understand and secure dependencies between operational practices in Citigroup - Oversee the process mapping, risk assessment and remediation delivery of key operational processes - Partner with diverse stakeholder groups across Citi to drive execution of change delivery at scale **Qualifications & skills**: - Significant change delivery experience with risk and control awareness (e.g. experience in First/ Second Line operational risk or implementation of risk and control enhancement) - Ability to analyse a process and recommend ways to improve quality, controls, and efficiency (TOM design advantageous) - Banking industry knowledge and experience (Operations & Technology expertise advantageous) - Excellent oral and written communications skills; Must be articulate and persuasive. - Ability to shape and drive change to business practices by developing transformation plans, influencing stakeholders, and working effectively across matrix Organisations. - Ability to work in a team environment, listen and collaborate well with others - Client-focused and open to different ideas/viewpoints. - Self-starting with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast paced environment. - Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability As well as being a business casual workplace with flexible hours, we enjoy a whole host of perks and benefits - from our on-site gym, restaurants, and health centre in London to retail discounts, a wide range of insurance cover and family care company-wide.Our core benefits include: - Pension - Life Assurance - Private Medical Insurance - BUPA: Single Silver Cover. - Season Ticket Loan - Live Well Health Assessment - Free annual health screen and initial health check covering the basics such as height and weight, BMI and blood pressure. -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management ------------------------------------------------ - **Job Family**: Business Risk & Controls ----------------------------------------------------- - **Time Type**: Full time ----------------------------------------------------- - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
