About the role*

Responsibilities include defining and implementing a Price Risk Target operating Model (focusing on the Large, Complex and Illiquid (LCI) trades framework), embedding enhanced governance and control working closely with the business and 2nd Line Risk Management and ensuring ongoing operating effectiveness and reporting to governance.
This will involve assisting with risk assessments, performing control design and testing, presentations to forums and supporting inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong educational background - Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
- 5+ years’ experience in risk and controls, internal audit or strategic transformation, particularly within large cross functional programs
- Track record of driving change and innovating in the risk and control space in a collaborative way
- Sound knowledge of traded products
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
- Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
