This new role is part of ICG Risk and Control team supporting the Head of ICG Reputation Risk and the change program across First Line and Second Line functions to improve and enhance Reputation Risk management practices across ICG. The role will combine expertise in reputation risk management, along with an understanding the impact of events on ICG’s Reputation Risk profile, following market innovations and emerging themes to assess their impact and staying abreast of changing attitudes to business practices to help manage and assess the level of Reputation Risk within the ICG portfolio of clients and activities at any time. The role will be part of a core team which will work with first line and second line control owners across businesses and regions to help shape the end-to-end controls framework for the business, designing tools to support the goals of the role and Management Information through which to report changes in risk profile to ICG senior management and identify enhancements to the management of reputation risk in line with the change program objectives. Working closely with other colleagues in the ICG Reputation Risk team, this role will also consider the impact of emerging reputation risks on the embedded Reputation Risk within the ICG portfolio of clients and business. **Responsibilities**: - Work with relevant Citi leadership as well as outside experts to design and implement a target state for monitoring and reporting changing reputation risk profile presented from ICG’s portfolio of clients and activities which meets regulatory expectations - Coordinate and collaborate with the ICG Businesses and other internal and external stakeholders to gather perspectives and information to support assessment and reporting of portfolio risk - Work with colleagues on plans to address portfolio risk and to manage it effectively - Support the Head of ICG Reputation Risk in coordinating the various aspects of the Reputation Risk program to deliver target state structure and governance. - Assist in the ICG Reputation Risk identification process - Work with Control and Internal Audit stakeholders to ensure credible challenge throughout the remediation process and validation of results in line with Citi’s Internal Audit requirements - Present on status of the program to senior stakeholders within Citi as well as to Citi’s regulators **Qualifications & skills**: - Extensive experience in risk management with a focus on operational risk and controls - Expertise in reputational risk management and familiarity with risk reporting - Open minded lateral thinker who can understand emerging trends and changing attitudes to anticipate issues before they arise - Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders - Attention to detail and strong presentation skills - Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organisation - Self-starting with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast paced environment - Project management and change capabilities are essential - Ability to analyse a process and recommend ways to improve quality, controls, and efficiency - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management - **Job Family**: Business Risk & Controls - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
