_Office Administrator - part time / job share 2-3 days per week _
- **About the role: Office staff /admin assistant**_
- Key Responsibilities: _
- Work collaboratively with the operations manager & office staff in the planning and prioritisation of work allocation, dealing with multiple Landlord's and letting agents as required to maintain maximum in day business potential at all times._
- Customer satisfaction and follow-up courtesy calls_
- On-going maintenance planning, liaising with tenants and letting agents confirming appointments for annual gas checks and servicing_
- Processing servicing reminders monthly in an organised manner with our office software_
- Registration of boiler manufacturer guarantees daily_
- Identify and address challenges and opportunities for the company_
- Role Requirements: _
- Familiarity with the gas / heating / plumbing industry or letting industry preferred but not essential_
- Customer service skills, problem solving with customer excellence at all times_
- Good communication skills_
- A good understanding of IT, social media and office workplace required always driving growth and business expansion_
- Basic accountancy skills preferred but not essential_
- Our office hours are 8am -5pm Monday - Friday, can be flexible hours of work during the quieter summer months with more hours in the busier winter months as required (average 16-24 hours)_
- Full training provided on office procedures / systems will be given._
- 20 company holidays plus 8 bank holidays for full time staff (part time staff pro rata)_
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.32 per hour
